Need a new headset for under $40 and it needs to be usb because I don't like any other type. If you have any suggestions that would be awesome thank you!

USB headsets really do suck. They really do. It's just much much much better going the 3.5 mm headphone route. Really it's not that hard. Green and pink.
Anyway, JVC RX700 + Zalman clip-on mic. ~$50 total but infinately worth it and the best value ~$50 combo by a mile. It's $10, that's a takeaway....
