Default Sennheiser CX300 Replacement Buds?

Lost them. Mediums fit nicely. Smalls fall out, larges are a little uncomfortable but work for now...

Need to find good replacement buds, medium. Any recommendations? I see some on Amazon, but there are no reviews on almost all of them (if they're even in stock) and many are stores that take 7-14 days before they even ship.

Any advice on where to get some? =/

Thanks!

Seems pricey... for $8 or so shipped I can get ONE pair. At half the price I paid for the CX300's, I'm almost better off just getting another set and giving these to my girlfriend with the small buds.

Thanks though! Will think about it.

Would rather upgrade however as the CX300's = poo poo.

Mostly listen to books on tape, but I throw in some music - mostly rock.

CX300's have been great for me.

They're comfortable, durable (minus the buds falling off of course but after excessive abuse) and I doubt that any other buds will really make my books on tape sound better?
