Default X-Fi help!

I can't get my xtremegamer to synchronize with control panel.

i searched the web for settings, and every picture i see has the
synchronize with control panel check box

it is causing me so much trouble

I believe that setting existed in 98, and me, and partially in XP, but not in Vista or Windows 7. The Live!'s had it, and the early audigy drivers, but I have not seen that with the X-Fi Titanium or X-Fi Fatality.

That's interesting because I don't have that checkbox, but yet it is synchronized. I mean, I don't have the option to tell it to synchronize, but yet it's synchronized.

So, yours definitely isn't synchronized? Like, if you make an adjustment in one, then the other doesn't change?

my setting keep resetting, that's the problem
