I guess this is the right section..? Anyway, my zune finally died after 2 years and i need a new mp3 player.

I cant decide over the ZuneHD 16GB or an 8GB Ipod touch.

Storage space aside(i barely used 4gb) which is the better choice?

I own a 120gig Zune, and I have never bought anything from Apple, so I'm a bit bias. The Ipod touch probably has a bigger viewing screen if you're into viewing movies/shows. The touch on the Zune gets pretty annoying (for me) I need something tangible to click, therefore I turn it off. You'll also have a bigger aftermarket for the Ipod so you'll have to also take that into consideration.

If it were my decision i would go with the Zune HD. I owned an Ipod touch, and it was much more of a PMP with a music 'app' then a media player to me. Needless to say i sold it for a 120GB Zune and have never regretted the trade. The Zune software and Zune pass is beyond anything Apple is offering and i couldn't care less about the glorified app store. The zune HD would be the way to go if you want an excellent music/movie player with a beautiful screen and internet browser. If you have an un-dieing need to play flash games where ever you go go with the ipod touch.

I think my ADD would love the Apps/games of the Touch, but the ZuneHD looks like the better MP3 player.

I always get stuff with looks of support and a lot of people that have them making it possible for various of application to be made. I was going to get the zune but after i sow that i had some slow loading times i got a ipod and although i am not a fan of apple i like the ipod a lot and does more they i need it for and has amazing app and for most part under 1$. For example i bought this app tha can stream all my movies from any PC into my ipod in amazing quality.
