I am somewhat of a audiophile now. However, I am going to be going to some lan COD4 tournaments. Which means I must have a headset.
We are allowed our headsets and a mouse. So that means I can't carry around my 555's or 700's, I need to have a headset with a microphone. Can anyone recommend me a good pair? I have been looking at these http://www.steelseries.com/us/produc...nd/information They seem to be pretty stylish.

You can't just have a zalman clip on mic attached to your headset wires?

Get a barracuda hp-1 or something. It has detachable mic. solid gaming gear!

I rather just have something small and compact.

I'd ask and double check the rules just in case.
