Hello,
__________________I want to get some 2.1 speakers and a sound card. I'm looking in the $150 and under range for the speakers. Is the Logitech Z-2300 my best bet? I will pretty much be using these speakers for gaming only. And what would be a good budget sound card that would let the speakers perform their best in gaming? Thanks!

No, these would not be the best bet.
![]() Your best bet would be a pair of Klipsch Promedia 2.1 speakers, they're much better than the Logitechs. And for a sound card I'd get either this or this. If you're okay with buying refurbished things, I'd get this soundcard.

If you're going to get the ProMedia over the Z-2300, I would not recommend you turn up the volume on the ProMedia too loud, the satellites will break
