I just orded a Audigy or should a say got one new for 35.00. Was this gaad deal and also will I be able to tell a difference in the sound through a set a Klipsch5.1 that I have now

Yeah thats is a really good deal. And yes you will notice a pretty big improvement over your current onboard sound. BIG improvement, and better yet you will be able to play games with EAX and get some stress off the CPU, thus increasing FPS in games.
