As part of effectively communicating on Overclock.net, we ask that you all apply proper spelling and grammar to your posts - each and every time.

Please pay special attention for the following "no-no's" each time you make a post here:

- Not using capitalization where necessary (beginning of sentences, titles etc.)
- Making threads with ambiguous / nondescript titles
- Improper spelling of words
- Internet slang
- Run-on sentences
- Under/over punctuation

We are not here to criticize people's writing techniques, but we do need to make sure the forum stays a valuable resource to all of those who use it. Seeing as the site is primarily text-based, it is of great importance to ensure that what we type here is correct in terms of content, structure and delivery.

hmmm, could be tricky. Lots of activity in a week, who would keep track of it all? Its not like the random active member prize where you can have the computer do it for you.

Please, let us not forget proper punctuation. A statement and a question may be easily confused without proper punctuation.

On a weekly basis we will randomly choose members and look at their posts that week. If the posts are well articulated, they win!

Will it be Random Posts, like one's from months back or from the past week?

I have seen where some forum's will have a built in spell checker button that you can click to check your post for spelling error's before you post to a thread. Would it be possible to intergrate this into this forum so if someone is having problem's with spelling a few word's they don't have to google everything to make everything correct.
