[help] Need Some Advices for new computer i5 2500k

Thread Starter
I'm about to switch to Intel from AMD because it is so hot in the summer and my parents just want to save electric money. Well I did a lot of research about intel and now here's what i'm planing to buy:
My hobbies are playing heavy game, graphic stuff such as AE and PTS with 2 monitors, HD movies, transferring big files, etc. I want silence , extremely and cool off every time

CPU: Intel i5 2500k (sured)
Main: ASUS P8P67 PRO (REV 3.0) 189$ ( or should I save more money to get ASUS SABERTOOTH P67 219$
GPU: HD 5770 - that's what i'm having now. I hope it's last for a couple year.
Ram: CORSAIR Vengeance 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2000
PSU: is 650w enough for the system? even OC?

Now case and cooling stuff is what i'm thinkin, I don't feel like HSF much even though the noctua 14 or silver Arrow is so good and cheap compare to WC system now but well, i don't want my computer becomes a vacuum cleaner that i have to clean up every week. And it's loud too. So i'm thinking about water cooling, here's my suggestions:
1/ H70 is good, doesn't need much space in case but ppl complain about its 2 fan are loud, it can only for CPU.
2/ XSPC rasa 450. Take spaces in case, but it cools down CPU (OC) well and worth money. My question is: can it handle the GPU and CPU as well?

Case:
I'm in love with NZXT Phantom PHAN-001WT White Steel, but it doesn't seem to design for WC with 240mm rad. It looks so sexy and awesome to me and a lot of space inside. BUt well if yo have any case else which you think is good please just give the the name to me then i will think about it again.

Please give me some advices. Thank you.

Depending on how heavy you work in AE, the 2600k might do you better than the 2500k.

The Pro mobo is fine. I love the Sabertooth myself, but that's cause my built is a full black and red build, so it fit.

And the 2500k uses dual channel if you plan to stick with it, so you'll need to fix the 6GB to either 4 or 8.

650w is perfectly fine.

Air cooling, either with the 212+ or the NH-D14 is not loud at all actually. You will not be disappointed with WC'ing though, but unless you plan to heavily OC, then AC will be fine for you. And it's cheaper.

Cases are wide open. I could recommend ton, but I'll just pick one. CM HAF 922.

Sabertooth is, imo, not worth the money.

Revised Build:

CPU: Intel i5 2500k
Main: ASUS P8P67 PRO B3 (REV 3.0)
GPU: HD 5770 (I would opt this for a better one if you're intending to game heavily, but if you can't afford to upgrade, then it's fine... IF you want to upgrade it go for a HD 6950 or something)
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB 1600 (you can also go for the corsair vengence 8gb but Ripjaws will cost you around $20 less)
PSU: Corsair HX750

BTW, the fans on the Silver Arrow is EXTREMELY quiet.
And as for the case, NZXT Phantom is great, but if you want more functionality and room go for HAF X or Silverstone Raven RV-02. Both of these have plenty of room to fit a 240mm rad.
If these full tower beasts are too big for you then go with HAF 922 or the phantom.

What HDD or SDD would you be using btw?

You can stay with 650w.
And 4gb ram is good enough.

And it doesn't matter if you use WC or AC because WC radiators still need to be cooled down with fans.
