Buy a samsung f3 1 terabyte. As you can get those for around $55 shipped. If you don't need 7,200rpm then grab a 2 terabyte samsung or a WD then.

Edit well they aren't on sale at the moment. So i see them $65 shipped.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822152185

or

http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?...ard-Drive&c=CJ

So still under your $70 bucks. But i got both of mine for $110 shipped. Just have to wait if you want them cheaper. They go on sale all the time.

1. I've Seen Samsung F3 1TB @ 73$ in the weekend, you can find it on newegg if it's still on; if not something will show up, imho you can get 1TB for 70$
2. It's a pretty good deal for a processor

For $75 you can buy the Samsung Spinpoint F4 2TB. I highly recommend you get that as a storage drive. It's extremely reliable. Better buy it fast, though, the promo code will only last two more days.

As for the CPU, $63 for a 440 is just fine. New it costs $80.

You can get an F3 1TB for $55, they go on sale for that price almost every week if you wait for it and look on Newegg, Amazon, Superbiz.

Not really worth it if he can stretch his budget by $5 and get 2x higher capacity, IMO.

ok, cool thanks guys. a terabyte will do just fine for now. i mean, its a freakin TB!

but yes. thanks for your help. reps for all.
I REALLY cant stretch my budget any further.

I have exactly $335 dollars to build this PC. I have so far
Windows 7 64-bit
AMD Athlon X3 440 @ 3.00Ghz stock
4GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM 7-7-7 @ 1.9v
BFG nVidia 8800GT OC Edition
OCZ 600w Power Supply
1TB Hard Drive (just added)
HEC Blitz Case
MSI Motherboard

its a budget build and its coming out nicely.

anyone know for how much I can sell it to someone who wants one? not a hardcore person like you guys but to your average joe.

If i cant sell it for much more, i will just keep it

6 people in this thread apparently disagree with you.

It is a good drive to start with, I can only assume the OP doesn't have an SSD but no idea since sig rig is fake.
