ASUS m4A79T Deluxe bios

Im trying to flash the bios... the one i have on it is the older one from 2009 lol. when i dl the automatic updater through asus it says its not compatible with my version of windows... i even tried other options other than win 7 64 bit.. so odd.. is there any other way i can update it?



plus theres like different versions of the bios. do i have to install em all? http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD...luxe/#download

don't flash the bios unless you need to, like if you're having problems with it.

if you really want to, just download the bios file automatically, transfer it to a cleanly formatted flash drive, set your bios settings back to default and boot with the flash drive

ASUS usually has EZ Flash in the BIOS. Download the BIOS update you want to use (ROM file), put it on a USB/FLOPPY/CD/DVD (etc) and then reboot, enter the bios, find the EZ Flash section/program and point it to the media you put the ROM onto.

Then flash.
