Need a good cooler for i5 750

Like the title says, I need a good cooler for an i5 750. I'm currently at stock and want to try this overclocking stuff. I want whatever will give me better temperatures (obviously). Nothing over $80 please.

Not sure how much they are in the US but when I ran my i5 air-cooled I had a Prolimatech Megahalems. With two Silverstone FM121B fans in a push-pull setup, the temperatures were amazing!

For $88, you can buy the NH-D14, one of the best heatsinks currently.

Yes I was looking at this a long time ago and hoped that the prices would drop on it, but its more expensive now :S

You could get VenX, Silver Arrow, NH-D14 or PT Megashadow. All of them are really good.

Frio wouldn't be a bad choice either.

Thermolab BARAM 2010?
Spire Thermax Eclipse II?

Thought I'd throw in some oddball options, since I know there will be about 6 coolers that everyone else will suggest.

I use the CM hyper N520 for my i5 760 and it works great for me. Got it for around $35.

archon, SA, NH-D14, V6GT, frio, Armageddon, scmg-2100, hyper 212+

pick one and for higher-end coolers newegg doesn't have good prices check out other sites such as svc, mwave, performance-pcs, etc. for the best deals

So will the Noctua NH-D14 fit in my case? NZXT Tempest EVO with G.Skill RAM
Also considering the Megahalems... Since it is not as huge as the NH-D14. So do I only need 1 fan with the Megahalem and how would I set up the fan? To blow out of my case right?
