Neogeo pocket color wins for me personally. I love the analog stick on it. And I'm only comparing portable devices that match-up closest for the time lines. I find it funny that the gamegear came out in the early 90's but had better graphics than gameboy color and Ngpc. But than again Ngpc and Gameboy color weren't super big/fat like the so called portable genesis that is gamegear.

Neogeo Pocket color: not alot of games for it but the games it did have were all quality. Also the graphics weren't the best but still pretty nice looking. The best thing about it is the analog stick and games even if there's not alot of games for it.

Gameboy color: Endless amounts of games to choose from.

Gamegear: endless amounts of games to choose from, amazing graphics for its time. It eats batteries up tho and Gamegear is so huge its not as portable as most want a portable device to be.

I'm so in love with the analog stick on the Neogeo pocket color system, it got me mad when I was a kid it died really quick. I think it died faster than the dreamcast if I remember correctly. But all the games that came out for it were pretty good.
