Is this SLI mobo & some noobie questions

Hi, I'm pretty much a noobie and I wanted to know if this mobo supports SLI

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813130574

It says it's SLI/cross fire ready on the overview summary but I'm not sure if its really running at x16 on both pci slots. (since it doesn't say anything about it on the detail tab...)

I'm also planning to use i5 2500k as the cpu, so which # pin do i need to use for the cpu power connector? The mobo displays 8 pin but it seems like on the picture 4 pin is available while the other 4 pin is covered with a plastic... so this confuses me...

and finally is it okay to use EPS 12V and/or ATX 12V cpu power pin on this mobo?

thanks a lot in advance!

This thread has great info on 1155 motherboards http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...therboard.html
Pretty sure it is standard 8 pin EPS for the cpu power.
