Thank you all very much for your recommendations
I've gotten a few laughs from some posts as well
Unfortunately, there is no convincing this woman to get something less powerful, so this is what I've come up with.
I ended up sticking with Corsair 650 watt due to its 7 year warranty. The main idea for this build was longevity, and I think a 7 year warranty is worth the investment. Unfortunately she owuld not budge on downgrading the 8GB of RAM. I guess the rep at Best Buy told her more RAM = faster computer or something and he is more qualified than her daughter's boyfriend.
I'm pretty happy with every other part I've chosen aside from the CPU and Mobo. I don't know enough about AMD to know whether the combo I've chosen is good. For the CPU I just need something fast that will be able to keep up with multiple users signing on and (most likely) leaving applications running in the background. For the mobo, integrated graphics are a must (and are actually the only reason I didn't go with a Sandy Bridge build). Other than that, I don't require much else. Please let me know of any tweaks you guys can come up with for this build.
