OCZ Vertex 3 or Crucial M4 for £30 less - Page 2

Thread Starter
OK so when saving large MS Word or Powerpoint files on the SSD, or say transferring pictures and video files from my phone or camera there would not be hardly any noticeable difference?

(I do quite a lot of multi-tasking)

Thanks

From what I know and have experience with. OCZ Vertex 3 drives won't give you the performance difference over a marvell based ssd, I can guarantee you that. Boot up speed doesn't increase! Everyday use such as internet opening and closing, loading games, opening windows media centre, windows media player & word etc.. Doesn't make any difference. I've been through no joke and no lie here 10 ssd drives from revo x2 240gb to the revo drive 3, corsair performance 3 256gb OCZ vertex 2, OCZ vertex 3 120gb max iops & none IOPS version and even raid 0 them together. No difference
