change post speaker to LED?

Living with roommates that go to sleep earlier than you sucks when your computer beeps at you every time you restart it. To prevent this and to still get a post notification is there a way to switch out the mobo speaker for an LED?

Can't you just unplug the speaker? I know I never attached mine.

Well that's the thing, I still want a notification that it did post ok, I just don't want the sound
