[Battle.net] WoW Cataclysm Patch 4.1, Brings DX11. - Page 4

We can nag all we want but WoW is doing just fine. 12kk subscribers. They dumb it down more and more, so younger and younger kids can play and stay in the course of a few years, create a very lucrative WoW generation so to speak. We might not like the changes because we know better times, but these kids don't and they don't care. More players = more money, and that's where the business ends.

I think logic would dictate a game with 12 million subscribers may be more focused on supporting all hardware rather only support high end hardware.

the dx11 drama !!!!
WoW has had DX11 since cata release rofl, you just had to enable it in the config. All it really does is mostly water effects but on the upper hand it does add 20-30 fps for free which is pretty down. I'm almost positive too that blizzard would rather wow not look like crysis because there goes 9/12 million people that play wow? I have people on my WoW friends now that are lagging out and getting 10-20 fps on 800x600 all low ROFL which is sad TBH but hey, what can ya do.

Edit: ohh and TBC and Vanilla ftw, everything after that just feels so pointless and not the same both pve and pvp.

There are so many high quality raids, Sunwell was the least of them.

This is a good way to keep people playing. Just poke your customers, and they will come see what the fuss is about.
Edit: Never played WoW.
Edit 2: I can always see this white text on my P792's, i dont know why i think its sneaky.
