gtx560 SLI or gtx480 msi lightning 1.5gb?

Thread Starter
having tough decision here. i have 2 gtx560 SLi both Oce'd 960/1920/2004 @ 1.05v but im going back to a single monitor. im thinking of selling this 2 pet and grab a MSI gtx 480 lightning.

this question is been rolling on my mind now of which set up will perform better on a single monitor including games, future games, benchmark.

I'd stick with your SLi tbh, even for a single monitor they are epic, also, if you were going to sell those, i'd probably go with a GTX570 or even an HD6950 which is also very very good.

The 560 sli will allow you to pretty much max everything out.

The 480 is great, but on some titles, it will lack a bit.

Don't know what games you play, but basically, the SLI setup is much stronger.

The 480 is great, but what you currently have now is really good too. I'd stick to your SLI set up, you won't see a huge difference with the 480. And if you're planning on getting a new card why would you step down a generation?

It's not even a fair contest, 560-Ti sli is almost twice as fast.
