I thank them for telling me I have made a bad choice, Give them rep and change it if they give me a good reason to.

Tell that 80 yr old gradma to go to casino and spend her pension playing slot machines the whole day. She doesn't need to bother with PCs anymore.

But honestly, if I can play my steam games and do sli with MAC, I'll leave Microsoft in a heartbeat.

How exactly did you want me to word it? Thank you so much Nvidia for deliberately screwing up a function as basic as running a card at the full specified clocks? Go mindlessly defend the company elsewhere, fanboy. I stated a problem any of you have yet to explain to me as to why they either deliberately excluded or just couldn't be arsed to add.

You turn your fan completely off? What temps do you get to?

None of us speak for nvidia, what did you want as a response? Honestly. How about something along the lines of "yeah, u go brotha keep fightin da fight DOWN WIT NVIDIA" or...I can't really think of any alternative responses that don't include either bashing, or offering solutions (that you've already tried apparently), or telling you to upgrade your legacy operating system.

A huge company like Nvidia is much smarter and wiser than you will ever be my friend. As we have said, XP is a dead OS, yes people use it, but for how long do you think companies are going to support it for? For current gen hardware I would think you would atleast be smart enough to upgrade OS, as it plays a very vital role in your computer. Dont blame Nvidia, blame yourself for not researching.

If your thread title would have been along the lines of...

"Why do Nvidia drivers not have proper XP support?" you would have gotten a lot nicer results. It just comes from experience on how to word your posts to get the answers your expecting.
