its REALLY ANNOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gunner2.giftyper.gif

anyways, i want to buy a new one.

i have a CNPS9700, should i just reuse that with some nice TIM?

what other options? the noctua d14? i was thinking maybe the kuhler from antec? why not. my case is big enough, so almost anything should fit, and because the 600t only has 2 huge fans, if i can eliminate the cpu fan that would be awesome!

budget is less than 100~

Go with the Corsair H50 (not to mention it will match your case wink.gif). It's cheaper and doesn't have as wide of a rad. With the money you save get an extra fan and put in push-pull rad config for extra air flow. biggrin.gif Are you OCing? Current temps?

I just can't endorse any of those contained water-cooling kits like H50 or kuhler. They're just too expensive for the cooling they offer. The only upside about them is that they aren't extremely large/heavy, but I don't find that very important. Look at Silver Arrow, NH-D14, or Archon in that order. That's basically cream of the crop for air cooling.

Use your CNPS9700. That's still a very nice cooler and you'll be able to overclock decently on it. If it doesn't fit up to your standards, take a look at the D14.
