Filco Majestouch "Ninja" Tenkeyless - Page 6

I would love to own a tenkeyless board but I would still have a separate 10key, probably off to the right of my mouse.

It is just so much faster when entering a bunch of numbers.

I don't follow the logic that numpad is faster for entering numbers. Watch this guy:

Notice he just moves his hands up and hovers over the number row while typing data. I find that's a very effective method for entering numbers in a spreadsheet or typing long numeric keys, etc. As long as you know how to touch type the whole board (which everyone should, there is no excuse not to -- especially if you're buying expensive keyboards lol) then the number row is just as fast, if not faster since you're using two hands.

The only place where I miss the numpad is in certain games or other applications where I need a lot of keybinds and run out of extra keys to assign.

^ Wasted hand movements in Excel for subtraction, addition, multiplication and division. I am talking really large excel files.

Yeah, he's only entering numbers and spaces. As soon as he needs to divide his hand is going to have to leave that row. With tenkey I can do it all with one hand and since I've been using it for decades it just is easier for me to continue doing so. No big mystery.

Here is a place you can buy from.

I got confirmation from a person in Hong Kong that these guys are legit.

From the WW Keyboard Shopping Wiki.

Suntec Technology. Website in English (as all websites should be). This online Hong Kong seems to ship internationally and take US payments. Many Filcos including the NINJA Brown Cherry Tenkeyless.

^ Cool. At least you don't have to fly there yourself. lol I absolutely dreaded those long, international flights.
