Can you withstand 6 ultra kaze 3000rpm?

Thread Starter
Would it be bearable? I don't have a fan controller and will most likely be running 6 of them in push pull at the full 12v.

Am i going to go deaf? ideas on how to make a homemade sound dampener for the fans?

EDIT: i used the money i had left to buy compression fittings

know its not really what you asked but with all the money you have spent already can you really not afford a fan controller too?

Sounds like a lot of noise. I guess this is for your rad since you say P/P. So they may not sound as bad as if you used them on your case. I hate the sound of my high RPM fans set up as intake on my case. Had to fix that quick. Push pull not as bad, but it will probably bother you, especially if you get that whine.

Would it be bearable?

No, unless your case is far, FAR away from you.

No, but yur mobo fan header's wont last long IMO. Use a fan controller and go for it. I use san ace 1011's. The noise they make dosnt bother me one bit.

Most fans are too loud at 2000RPM...

I suppose you could try this trick.
That'll be like a wind tunnel, unless your prepared to have your speakers on 100% 24/7 to cover the noise from the fans lol
