I'm building new gaming computer in few weeks, I need some suggestion on which mother board should I get?
My mother board budget is $160 highest.

Total budget is around $1,060 can't go higher then that at this moment.

I will be overclocking my cpu at least 4.6mhz or higher.

Mother board choice comes down to this two or if u can find better one under $160 price tag,

What are pros and con between this two mother board below? which mobo would be best for this set up?

I would go with the ASRock. Reading reviews from others is a great way to see if the product is reliable and what things are good and bad about it. The ASUS you displayed seems to have a lot of issues. I love ASUS brand so maybe look into other mobos from them. But as for the ones you displayed, definitely go with the ASRock

Asus p8p67 has 12+2 power system, versus the ASrock Extreme4's has 8+2 Power system. Doesn't this mean Theoretically asus p8p67 could overclock farther then compare to ASrock mother board?

Another concern is I won't be using sli feature since I'm going for crossfire setup 2x amd 6950 2gb graphic card, if i go for asus p8p67 mobo will this two graphic card bottleneck my system? because asus p8p67 only support 16x/4x crossfire mode.

The reason I want to pick asus brand because its trust worthy company, i never heard of ASROCK brand before.
i had several mother board, graphic card from asus for old amd system, their customer support was pretty good when I had problem, and another thing I notice asus p8p67 has bluetooth built in to it mother board which could be very useful feature for me.
