Computer shutting down

Thread Starter
Mobo: Asus M4N98TD EVO
Proc: AMD Phenom II x2 555 BE (Unlocked to X4B55)
Ram: G.Skill Rip Jaw 4x2GB 1600 (Mobo registers it at 1333)
GPU: Galaxy Geforce GTX 570
HDD: OCZ Agility 2 SSD
HDD: Samsung HD103sj
Windows 7 64bit Ultimate
Rosewill 700w PSU (ADDED)

Temps: (On web)
GPU: 38c
HD0: 28c
CPU: 33c, 29c

Gaming:
GPU: 78c
CPU: 40c,42c

The computer shuts down randomly, sometimes during gaming, sometimes after closing a game, and some times just randomly while surfing the web... I See no reason to indicate it over heating... Theres never a BSOD just "signal lost" it turns of.

Could it be undervolting?
Is it just a bad PSU?
Bad Mobo?

would like a second opinion before I go use money on solving the issue.

Volrages:
Processor Voltage: 1.01v
VIN1: 1.66v
+5V Voltage 5.08
Vbat 3.23

What is your CPU clock? 1.01V is definetly low for CPU, unless Cool-n-quiet kicks in.

1.15V is low too for 3.2GHz. Should be around 1.30V
