New rig, any thoughts or improvements?

Hey guys, I'm gonna start my second build pretty soon. My budget, well I wanted to try and keep it around $800-$900, open to any suggestions to bring it down to that range. (staying with Intel & Nvidia)
So here's what I think I'm gonna get:

MSI P67A-GD55 (B3)
Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge
A-DATA XPG Gaming Series 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Crucial RealSSD C300 CTFDDAC064MAG-1G1 (For OS only)
SeaSonic X750 Gold 750W

All at newegg. Thoughts?

I don't know what you want but at that budget, I wouldn't get an SSD. Better go for a GTX 570 with the money saved. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

I would highly recommend u to get a better ram, adata xpg is a 1.65v ram & sandy bridge prefers 1.5v ram,
so better u get corsair vengeance/gskill ripjawsX ram,
get a better gpu,
msi gtx570 twin frozr3 power edition,
I see u havent included a cooler,pc case,
I suggest u to get noctura nh d14/corsair h60 for the cooler, for the pc case part go with cooler master HAF932
hope u like my suggestion

Ok, the rig I originally listed was around $977 without tax and shipping.
I've found a similar barebone kit, minus the video card.

How's this?
