I would avoid rattling the case rather slowly tilt it in different orientations and angels. I typically do a 12+hr leak test when I drain my loop and refill it. I run it for 1 hr on each side of the case (front back sides, etc...) Almost always gets rid of the giant air bubble for me. I am not an AMD cpu guy so I have no idea what the right temps are but I know how to empty air pockets from a loop. Also keep an eye on your res during this process to make sure that the pump will always be pulling water from the res and wont run dry.
