Will 360MM of Rad be enough for 2 470's overclocked? I'm looking into buying another 470 and block which is why I am asking

Yeah typically a 360 can cool 2 gfx cards well enough if you are really that worried look at a 480 or another 120/240 but you should be ok with a decent 360 rad and some decent fans. I mean you have a 800D so I would look at rasa or black ice rad.

If you go with one of the thick ones like XSPC RX360 it would be more than enough, and even a thin one like the RS360 would probably give you more cooling than any air cooled setup. So yes, you could definitely OC those badboys quite a lot with 360mm of decent rad.
