need measurements for lian lix500fx!

Hi
I'm currently planning my first build and would like to house everything in Lian Li X500FX.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811112317

I want to know if I can fit a radiator and fans on the inside front of this case.

I'm trying to find the inside measurement from the inside front of the case to the front of the expansion slots.

I want to see if the 6950/70 i plan to install would fit and with how much room to spare. I need to know because if I don't have the room for a stealth rad and fans then i might get the x2000f instead.

Thank you I appreciate all the help I can get

Welcome to OCN!

This is what I have gathered:-
A) Lian Li states 315mm max (http://www.lian-li.com/v2/en/product...s_index=62&g=f)

B) HD6950/6970 is 10.6'' (270mm).

C) This means, you have an absolute clearance of 315mm – 270mm = 45mm for a rad.

D) The 3 front fans of X500XF are 140mm and so a 3x140 slim rad could be fitted.
Examples are:-
1) BlackIce SR1 420: thickness = 56mm (not OK)
2) BlackIce GTX Gen Two Xtreme: thickness = 56mm (not OK)
3) BlackIce GTS Stealth 420: thickness = 31.3mm (OK)
4) Magicool Slim Profile : thickness = 29mm (OK)

(GTX580's 280mm OK; HD6990's 317mm not OK)

I hope this helps you.

Yes! Your thumbnail image is what i was looking for.

I had already done all the math but i wanted to get confirmation that my numbers were correct. I wasn't sure where the 315mm clearance started from.
I wasn't sure if they were measuring from the front of the expansion slots or from the back of the case. seeing the image of the Accelero inside with room to spare really confirms what i had assumed.

That this would be possible

Thank You so much for your help!
