A bunch of rag-team goons break into the house with no problem at all, and even one of them gets tossed through the "special" glass like it's nothing.
it's called fiction for a reason.

The only weak point I see in that houses design is that garage like door that covers the largest glass wall. a human with an axe could defeat that, then overthrow the occupants and take the shelter for themselves.

"the military" could drop a single 2000lb bunker buster through the top and call it a day. Luckily, at least from the zombie fiction I have seen the zombie flight training and weapons R&D seems to be a little lacking.

But does it have an effective anti-spy system for thermal detectors, satellites, cell signal capture hardware "on the fly" and such?

Otherwise its useless.. zombies are getting smarter every day.

Hopefully the perimeter wall would give you enough time to seal it up.
