Annoying flickering with any driver after 10.10

What the title says. Anytime anything on the screen needs to be refreshed (I hover over a button, etc) I get a really annoying flicker on the 2 other monitors. This happens even with only one monitor (just starts flickering everywhere), and it's driving me crazy.

The flickering almost gave me a seizure while I was typing this, it turns into a light show every time a letter is entered.

I'm not overclocking the card, and it's not overheating. I'm going to take that back, the card reaches 86C during full load , but still, the flickering happens when it's idle!
I can only use the 10.10 drivers without any problems, but I need the update for OpenCL.. (don't ask why)

Anyways, I am pretty upset, since I cannot update my driver.

Any suggestions?
I will probably make a video to show you guys just how annoying this is.

what are your idle clocks when running 2 monitors? Open up MSI Afterburner and see what they are, I'm guessing the cards aren't being clocked right for dual monitors

seems like it, because if I run a gpu-intensive application, the flicker goes away.
