Looking for a cheap netbook/tablet

Thread Starter
I am looking for a cheap netbook or tablet to use while I am at work. This will be used for surfing the internet and watching videos. I would like the ability to be able to download a movie to the storage drive and watch it for later. I will be using the wireless network where I work so a wireless connection is a must.

My budget- $200. I know it's not much but I don't need anything fancy. What do you recommend?

Most new netbooks costs $250-$400. $200 is really pushing it, unless you want something used.

You'll have to raise budget by $50 if you want new. By that price, you can get a decent netbook like this: Link
