Oh, married? I understand your viewpoint I guess. I could NEVER see my dad hanging out with his friends at a public location like that.
I'm 17 though, and I still love going to those places . Hell, I have seen people up to about age 20 game there. There are special internet cafe's with age limits though, like 18+. In Sweden it is legal to set and age limit for a bar or any type of store as long as it is not in a public mall (there are some other restrictions too). There are some restaurants that was aged 25+ and they are extremely expensive (I am talking 30+ USD for an appetizer!) but that's just how it is.
