Well I've been watching some vids of these things and I think I'm going with the NZXT sentry 2. Looks like exactly what I want, and its $25 which is great lol

Make sure you get one with a solid wattage per channel. I had a Scythe Kaze Master (KM01-BK) and I picked up a beefy 38mm San Ace fan and it fried my fan controller.

The Scythe Kaze Master Ace and Server editions have an LCD screen showing RPM and temps (if you want to use the sensors) and reportedly, as told to me by Scythe, have enough power to handle a heavy duty fan on the channel without blowing.
