Liquid cooling update ~ Specifically chipset cooling

Ok, I'm looking at thermoelectric cooling, so I'm going to need to significantly step up what I can cool on my liquid loop.

In preparation for this, and also because my summer temps are suffering while folding (badly), I'm looking at increasing my rad area a lot.

I currently have in my loop:

Phobya 360 G-charger
Swiftech MCP35x (I have a DDC-1plus T 18W too just sitting about, not identical but worth a double top? Would it work?)
Swiftech Apogee XT Rev1
XSPC 480 full cover block
XSPC Single bay res

I'm looking at taking the phobya rad out and getting:

a GTX480 rad
4 scythe AP-15s (maybe 8)

And the complicated bit... northbridge liquid cooling

I hear you say, "pah, that's easy, loads of blocks for that" and, "you don't need liquid chipset cooling on 1366", however...

My current heatsinks don't provide enough clearance for a large direct die aluminium block which will cover that area. This also means I need the nozzles to be away from the area directly below the CPU, which I haven't seen yet.

Not to mention, my CPU temps should be fairly impressive if everything goes to plan, so my NB might take a bit (more) of a kicking before I swap it out for a 2011 board

Ideally, I'd rather not have to make a custom block for this, because it would frankly be a nightmare, so any ideas appreciated as well as any comments on the other parts I plan to buy.
