I have ordered from performance, frozen, jab-tech and Sidewinders. From a customer service standpoint, i have had issues with all of them and they all took care of it very quickly and even went the extra mile, all of them. This over the last 4 or so years. As far as selection goes, performance has the best with frozen a very close second. Sidewinders and jab-tech have a limited selection with Sidewinders being more exotic parts, stuff hard to get that you won't find at the others such as Aquacomputers. Frozen sells some MIPS items that you cannot find at the others. As far as shipping goes, all usually ship same day m-f, but I get stuff next day from Jab-tech since they are so close to me. The rest are 2-3 days via USPS. Pricing wise, Sidewinders and Jab-tech seem to be a couple bucks lower on most identical items, but that's not a lot of items since those two have a limited selection. I have gotten some great deals from Frozen and performance rarely runs any sales unless it's been clearanced. I do most of my orders from performance, but if I can find it at Jab-tech that's who I go for due to shipping times.

One vendor that has not been mentioned is Aquatuning, yes they are in Europe, but I ordered some blocks from them and I got them within three days and shipping was very cheap, like I ordered it here in the States. They have a great selection and prices are comparable on most items, although if the item is from the U.S., like Koolance, they are more, but stuff like EK is usually a couple bucks cheaper.

Shipping to the U.S. is $8 for 2 day and $6 for 3 day. So pretty cheap and quick.

God how could I forget Aquatuning! I ordered my waterblocks from them (couldn't locate elsewhere). I ordered 25 AP-15's from them when no one else stateside had them or were charging $20 a piece (while Aquatuning at the time sold them to me for $14.09 plus shipping).

They do have a fairly nice selection and each order I have purchased from them has arrived within 3 business days! The only negative is I get annoyed that I do not speak German when I occasionally click one of their website links and none of it is in English
