OCZ Vertex 64GB

Thread Starter
I own an OCZ Vertex 64GB SSD and using ATTO Disk Benchmarking program I get an average of around 100 Write and 160 Read at 1024kb and up. I am thinking about getting a Vertex 3 and I am wondering if anyone has experience with them and if it is worth the upgrade. Will I see noticable differences in boot and load times? Please Respond

Also....OCZ tells me these are what I can expect from this drive and I want to know if that's the truth. AS SSD Benchmark Program gives me a sequential Read of 148.62 and Write of 75.01

Sorry for the many posts, but I do know that SSD drives lose some speed over time and I am also wondering how much using something like hdderase will restore speeds and if that would be worth my troubles. My system specs are posted within each post. If you have a Vertex or Vertex 3 I would appreciate your benchmarks to be posted with the above 2 programs. Thanks ahead!!
