trying to get to bios

hey guys im new to the forums! wooh me! i might be posting in the wrong forum so please forgive me if i do! but my specs are

munufacture: ASUS eK computer inc.
model: ASUS Notebook K40ij/k50ij series
Processor: Pentium(R) dual core CPU T4400@ 2.20ghz
Ram: 3.00gb
system type: 64-bit oporating system

im trying to overcock/underclock my cpu via bios but i cant get to them at all and wanted to know if my computer would even alow me to.

ps: i know im suppost to push f2. but i dont even see an option for my bios

basicly im asking if there are there some comuters such as a notebook that are impossible to overclock or get to the bios? <-- that is my main question

welll for my board it took me a while to figure out what key it is, try other keys. for example some board use: f1, f10, or delete

f2 is the button for sure but let me make my question more general.

are there some comuters such as a notebook that are impossible to overclock or get to the bios?

yes and no, some/most notebook u can not OC at all but u should be able to get into bios, are u hitting the button at the right time? sometimes u might be hitting it a little late. If not try hitting some other f* buttons that were mention
