Wasted money on case - Page 2

Oh my, looks like a bush pigs beef curtains! But its all a learning process right? Don't beat yourself up about it, why not use it as a practice bench for painting/dremelling/riveting work? Next case round you'll be more confident and get it right ; )

Pfft nothing a little elbow grease and some acetone couldn't fix.

Get some low grit sandpaper and go to town.

Krylon flat black. If you just need to hide the ugly, flat black is the way to go.

No way to hide that. The paint just need to be removed. Little work and you can have it done. No point in wasting a perfectly good case.

I'm thinking about getting something else, maybe a HAF-X or a Phantom. If you did have any interest in the Phantom, Newegg had a $20 discount going on for the white one...I can't decide if I like that look or not, though.

Me too, I payed $150, but there was supposed to be like a $50 MIR (I don't believe I have received it yet). I upgraded from the Solano 1000, which I think was much better.
