Problems with 6800 WUs

I seem to be have problems with GPU3 6800 WUs. They load up, go for a couple of seconds, then I get an Unstable machine error
Code:

Folding@Home Client Shutdown. 
Ive tried my 470 and 560 Ti with 266.xx drivers and the new 270.61 drivers... same result - error.

Im using GPU Tracker 2 and have deleted and d/loaded new clients... same result.

Addit: forgot to mention this happens on stock clocks for both cards as well

Also now getting "NAN detected on GPU" error

help!

NVM.

I deleted and then reinstalled GPU tracker and the clients and it seems to be working fine now. ch:

I know a NAN error is - "not a number" ie calculation error but Im wondering how this happens after its been folding very well for the past 48 hrs.
