You can forget about netflix, or steam with that low of a cap. (but really most plans aren't that bad)
Its just future changes i'm worried about, By setting caps now, it gives ISP's a baseline that they can only make more money off of.
(IE: "Double your cap for $30/mo"...when the bandwidth increases by an order of magnitude and it costs them pennies/gb)
But to keep this on topic: Even a nation's trunkline doesn't need this speed yet. This reminds me of someone telling me we'd have Terabyte harddrives in 10 years (mid 90's) And i called BS on them.
