Last tweak of my rig, and have no idea about RAM

Currently this is my rig:

CPU:
http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1793417

GPU:
http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/n67w9/

I'm happy with everything (and it's stable after testing for two days) except my RAM. I've never tweaked RAM timings and not sure if I put the voltage up to 1.65 if I can change the multiplier to X10 instead of X8.

I just bought this RAM (overkill I know)

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231315

Should I tweak it? Maybe try and get to 8-8-8-24 at 1.65 volts with a X10 multiplier? Will I see any real world gain?

Thanks in advance for any help.

It's worth a try to TRY. I'd say go for it just for the heck of it to be able to gain higer numbers. Will you see any real world difference? Not really, though it'll depend on your work and if it requires a lot of ram usage or not.

But then again you are going to be running on 4 sticks, so I don't think you will be able to get stable timings. Either way, just be happy with your purchase.

maybe take two out, run two sticks and try and oc them?

taking 2 out would make overclocking easier, 16gb puts some strain on the IMC even without overclocking. Try upping the voltage to 1.65 - 1.66 in bios & see if 1866Mhz gets to desktop with some stability, if so you can try to tighten up timings from there.
If not, back to 1600Mhz & tighten the timings.
Overclocking memory does improve performance, but really not noticeable in real world. For example something that takes 10 seconds now might take 9.9 seconds after overclocking, you won't actually see the difference even if it's there.

Took your guys advice, took out two dimms for backup:

http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1801930

I did push the voltage up to 1.65 and pushed the multiplier to 2:10 loaded windows at 1800 (I think) but didn't pass memtest so bumped it down to this.
