Check my setup please and two more questions

Hello overclock.net experts and thank you for looking at my post. I need some advice and wanted to have all the experts check out my setup I am planning to build in the next couple weeks. I already own the pump, radiator, a bunch of compression fittings, barbs, clamps, and some fans because my friend parted out his computer and he sold them to me for real cheap. My goals are to cool the cpu for now and in a couple months add my 460s to the loop with universal gpu blocks.

Pump- MCP655-b

Radiator- EK CoolStream 360 XT ( I know it is not the best but I got it for $30)

CPU BLOCK - EK Supreme LT Intel

Reservoir - http://tinyurl.com/3ohpvsa

Tubing - http://tinyurl.com/6myqrw

T Fitting - http://tinyurl.com/3tto858

Cap - http://tinyurl.com/3hlr9m7

Thermal Paste – Innovation cooling diamond “24 caratâ€

Fans? - http://tinyurl.com/3snxvrq (I think this is them)
I plan on doing the loop from the reservoir pump combo to the radiator. Between the reservoir and radiator I will have a drain line. From the radiator it will go to my pump and then back to the reservoir pump combo. If you have suggestions for stuff I do not already own please tell me. Know that this is a budget build so please try to keep suggestions around the same price please.
In a couple months I plan to cool my gpu. My questions are.

1.I own MSI Cyclone 460s 1 GB and I can see that the VRAM and VRM has no cooling already on it. Do I really need to bother with heat sinks for them?

2.If I need to I will a single 140mm radiator to the bottom of my case. Is this necessary and what Is a good radiator?
Well I think that is enough questions for now! Thank yall for all the help!

That 360 radiator is probably enough for a CPU/dual-GPU loop. The pump/reservoir combo also looks good, as does the tubing choice. I'm not sure where you plan on putting that stop fitting, though - you'd need something like this if the drain line branches from that T-connector.

Do you already have that CPU block? The LT is very restrictive for its performance. The new EK Supreme LTX, which has been altered for more flow, or the XSPC Rasa would be better choices.

If your 460s don't have stock memory/VRM cooling, you probably don't need to put heatsinks on them as long as there is still airflow over the cards.

And I wouldn't get those fans. These Yate Loons are probably a better option.

I am sorry this took so long to reply but I was in the middle of a move and also very busy at work. No I do not have the cpu block and I will order the LTX instead. The reason I am using the antec fans in because they were given to me along with the diamond paste for free from a friend. They are only temporary since I plan on buying scythe fans in the future when I got some cash and I do my gpu blocks.

One more question I already own the MCP655-b but I am hearing that the LAING DDC are much better performers. I have seen these on ebay for around $30 that were pulled from the liquid cooled macs. What exactly is the advantage to owning a DDC? Thank you again for the quick response.
