I would go with the Gentle Typhoon AP-15s and they cost the same if not less and are quieter.

I was running a Mega with R4s with my 950 @ 4.0 hit 70 at load.

Never tried the GTs on the Mega, but there is a thread devoted to this very discussion let me get the link for you.

This is the only point of reference you need to decide which fans to put on your mega

The S-Flexs are more case fans. You want something like 38mm thick fans or the Gentle Typhoon series with a high static pressure that are designed to push air against resistance (like the resistance from a radiator or cooler fins).

I had used a S-Flex 1900rpm fan as a front case fan and I wasn't too pleased with the sound. I usually had it ramped down to 50-60% because higher than that it didn't sound pleasant.

I have since switched it to a AP-15 and even at 100%, it is MUCH quieter than the S-Flex was.

You'll be happy with AP-15s. I've only had them for a few weeks but can't recommend them enough.
