ASUS P8P67 PRO DDR3 RAM issue

Thread Starter
Hello,
A few days ago i bought my new configuration and I'm using 4GB DDR3 A-DATA HyperX 1600MHz. However, the memory runs @ 1333 MHz. I tried changing it from the BIOS settings and it was successful... but when I started the computer today it displayed ""Overclock Failed". I reconfigured the frequency and changed it back to 1333 MHz. So my question is... what went wrong? Should I change the voltages? If yes, what should they be?

Your advice would be highly appreciated.

That's a weird one.

My G.Skill 1600/CL9 kits runs at its native 1.5v just fine on my P8P67-M Pro.

I would try that, if you haven't already, and work your way up in the smallest increments allowed by the BIOS.
