i5 U520 1.07ghz 3M vs i5 2537M 1.4Ghz 3M

Hello,
Is there a noticeable difference between these two processors?
I currently have an Alienware M11XR2 Netbook, but videos and scrolling on websites, and other activities are slow and annoying. I do have all the latest drivers. So I was wondering if I upgraded to the new Alienware line of netbooks with the Sandy Bridge Processor would this eliminate my problems?
Thanks,

I did!!! I bougth a C300, It still performs ok. I did optimize the SSD like crazy. The problem is not loading times, I can tell it's the processor/integrated graphics and the battery life. I get about 3 hours average, and I also did tweak my power settings a lot. But I can really tell the processor and integrated graphics choke up when i'm browsing the web and scolling around,it gets really jumpy, or even when i'm scrolling within Visual Studio and other native programs...
