Looks like RivaTuner Gadgets, you'll need that running, here's a couple.

I used those before for CPU aswell, that could be the CPU meter - not sure though.

What I am using at the moment is Open Hardware Monitor, which is very similar to HW monitor except for one, fairly major, point; there is a Rainmeter plugin for it.

Follow the link for details on how to code it, but it is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Basically in the Rainmeter skin file you are writing something like this:

Code:
[MCPU]
Measure=Plugin
Plugin=Plugins\\OpenHardwareMonitor.dll
Hardware=Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200
Type=Load
Sensor=CPU Total
I have it set up to monitor everything from CPU / GPU usage, temperatures, fan speed and so on. The theme I am using is called BlueVision, but I have modified it quite a bit, both in visuals and so it uses OHM rather than Speedfan. Screen shot attached.

Have fun!

Sweet, I've been so annoyed at speedfan not reading ATI. I've been using EverestUltimate and Rainmeter reading registry keys to get GPU values. OHM also reads my T-Balancer fully which nothing else seems to.
