They all have different uses IMO. What exactly are you looking for in a laptop?

If you want mobile gaming then either the M11x or the Asus.

If you want a high quality laptop with a long battery life go with the pro 13. If that is what you want you should look at some of the thinkpads, HP Envy, or the VAIOs.

All of them are pretty well rounded, it just depends on whether you plan to game on it and how good the battery life is.

My MBP 13 can play Portal 2 with Medium shadows, 2x AA, 2x filtering, v sync off, and high everything else.

Battery life is also 5-6 hours on max brightness, 8+ hours if you have it on 40% or less.

Macbook Pro 13 with an Optibay for windows. That's about as well rounded as you can get, IMO.

I went with a 120G X-25M as a primary drive and replaced the DVD with the stock 320GB drive. Boot time is 13s and I have more than enough space. I found boot camp a bit messy (driver issues) so I use parallels when I need windows (which is very rarely, I game on my desktop and 360 anyway).

I also want to suggest the Asus U35JC and the Acer Timeline X series if you want something light with long battery life.
