Wat temp should my cpu bein running at?

I have a coolin pad under my laptop at all times but it still seems to get pretty hot. i downloaded the core temp widget and it say im running at about 110 F just sittin and 140 F when im doin anything. Is this a normal range or wat? thx in advance

Well that would be roughly 43*C at idle and 60*C at load. That should be normal temps more or less.

One more thing though have you adjusted the TJ-max for your specific chip in core temp?

And accordin to my math 43* and 60* C is about 110* and 140* F so im runnin normal temp

40-60C for CPU in a laptop is very normal. Unless it goes up to around 80-90C, you shouldn't worry much.
