that will run on a 450w psu no problem(make sure it is a quality one though, you don't want trash)

I have the NeoECO 520c - I would agree. I purchased it for about $35 on Newegg, on super discount. It has good consist power. Most of the NeoECOs are re-branded Seasonics (A company you may never have heard of, but makes high quality Power Supplies)

Your system would run fine off the Neo ECO 400w. The 520w will be more than enough.
